Terms of Service

These Terms explain the rules for using the 321.id website, accounts, features, content, and paid services.

Last updated: September 16, 2026

  • Use 321.id lawfully and keep your account secure.
  • Your content remains yours; we receive only the permission needed to operate the service.
  • Public content and shared links may be viewed or reshared by others.
  • Review tool output before use and keep copies of important materials.

This summary highlights key points, but the complete terms below still apply.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms are an agreement between you and PT Aidi Digital Global, the operator of 321.id (“321.id”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using 321.id, creating an account, or accepting these Terms during registration, you confirm that you have read and agreed to them.

You must be legally able to enter into an agreement. If you are under 18, you may use 321.id only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you use 321.id for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Our services

321.id provides Polling, Quiz, Frame, and Spin Wheel features for creating, managing, displaying, and sharing interactive content, as well as tools for images, PDFs, text, colors, and classroom activities. Some features are available without an account, while others require an account or paid plan.

We may add, update, limit, or discontinue features for security, performance, compliance, or product-development reasons. When a change materially affects a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Accounts and security

Provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your password, sign-in links, and access to your devices, and for activity carried out through your account.

  • Do not sell, rent, or transfer your account without our permission.
  • Contact info@321.id promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
  • We may request additional verification to protect an account or process a sensitive request.

4. User Content

You retain your rights in text, images, questions, answers, designs, comments, and other materials you upload or create (“User Content”). You must have all rights and permissions needed to use and share that User Content.

To operate the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, display, and distribute User Content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service in line with your visibility settings. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where copies remain necessary in backups or security records, or to meet legal obligations.

5. Public content, shared links, and participants

Content or profiles set to public, published, or shared by link may be viewed and reshared by others. Do not include confidential or sensitive personal data in public content.

Creators of Polling, Quiz, Frame, Spin Wheel, and other activities are responsible for giving participants appropriate notices, obtaining consent where required, and using results lawfully. Do not ask participants for personal data that is not needed. 321.id does not control how a creator uses information they collect outside our service.

6. Prohibited use

You must not use 321.id for unlawful activity, to harm others, or to disrupt the service. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • fraud, phishing, spam, result manipulation, impersonation, or deliberately misleading information;
  • harassment, threats, sexual exploitation, hate, violence, or content that endangers children;
  • infringing copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights;
  • uploading malware, attempting to breach security, bypassing usage limits, or disrupting networks or systems;
  • automated data extraction, reverse engineering, or API use beyond our written permission or documentation; and
  • using the service for high-risk decisions without appropriate human review.

7. Tools and files you process

Many image, PDF, text, color, and classroom tools are designed to work directly in your browser. You remain responsible for the files you select, the output, and your right to use those files. Do not process files that violate the law or another person’s rights.

Results may vary by device, browser, format, and file condition. Review the output before relying on it. 321.id tools are not a substitute for professional advice, an official records system, safety equipment, or certified devices.

9. Third-party services and links

321.id may connect to third-party services such as social sign-in, payment providers, content storage or delivery, analytics, advertising, and linked websites. Third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control those services and, to the extent permitted by law, are not responsible for their actions.

10. 321.id intellectual property

Except for User Content, the service, software, designs, trademarks, logos, and materials created by or for 321.id are owned by or licensed to us. We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of 321.id intellectual property to you.

If you send suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you, but we do not acquire rights to your User Content merely because you submit feedback.

11. Moderation and enforcement

We may review reports, limit distribution, remove content, reject publication, or suspend or close accounts when reasonably needed to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or secure the service. In urgent cases, action may be taken without advance notice.

If you believe content or an account was actioned in error, contact us with enough information for review. We are not required to monitor all content, and our moderation does not transfer your responsibility for User Content to us.

12. Ending your use

You may stop using the service at any time and may ask us to close your account through our contact channel. Save any content or data you still need before closure. We may suspend or close access because of a breach, security risk, legal requirement, or service discontinuation.

Terms that by their nature should survive—including ownership, responsibility for content, limits of liability, and dispute resolution—continue after account closure.

13. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep 321.id secure and available, but do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or free from errors, data loss, or security threats. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” You are responsible for keeping copies of important materials and confirming that any output meets your needs.

14. Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, 321.id is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, opportunities, reputation, or data arising from use of the service. For a paid service, our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. You are responsible for loss or third-party claims caused by your unlawful use, User Content, or breach of these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, security practices, or legal requirements. The updated date will appear at the top. For material changes, we will try to notify you through the site, your account, or email before they take effect. If you do not agree, stop using the service before the effective date.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, you and 321.id will first try to resolve it in good faith through discussion. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be submitted to a competent dispute-resolution forum under Indonesian law, without limiting consumer rights that cannot be waived.

17. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to info@321.id or through our Contact Us page. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
